What are lean-angle corner warnings?
Lean-angle corner warnings track how far the bike is leaned over through every corner, live, using your phone's motion sensors — no extra hardware on the bike. Push a corner too hard and Zavoy escalates through three levels: caution, warning and critical, with haptic alerts you can feel through the bars.
The detection is tuned for riding, not walking or driving, and works on any supported phone (iPhone iOS 16+, Android 9+).
How do weather alerts work on a ride?
Weather for the whole route is fetched before you set off — rain, wind and ice pinned to the road ahead, not just the destination — and flagged again if conditions shift while you ride. When heavy weather sits on your line, Zavoy tells you how far ahead it is and offers an alternative route when one exists.
What happens when I lose signal?
Saved routes stay rideable offline. Download the map tiles ahead of time and navigation carries on through dead zones — which is exactly where the best roads tend to live.
Do riding aids replace judgement?
No. Riding aids are aids — your judgement leads, always. Zavoy flags what its sensors can see; it cannot see gravel on the apex or a tractor around the blind crest. That honesty is a design principle here, not a disclaimer: read what Zavoy stands for.
