These terms govern your use of Zavoy. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Plain language where we can manage it.

Navigation is free. Optional paid plans unlock extras and are sold through the App Store and Google Play. Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew; one-time plans do not.

Auto-renewing plans renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel from your store account — iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Prices shown are indicative and may vary by region and currency; the price confirmed at checkout applies.
Some plans start with a 14-day free trial. You aren't charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the trial turns into a paid subscription: your App Store or Google Play account is charged the plan price shown at checkout, and the plan then renews as described above.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Zavoy on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms. The app, its design and its code belong to us or our licensors; the content you create stays yours.

These terms are between you and us. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app or its content. They have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it; for help, contact us through Support. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for handling any claim about the app, including product-liability claims, claims that it breaks a law or regulation, and claims that it infringes someone else's intellectual property.
If you got Zavoy from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. By using the app you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Zavoy is under active development, and by using it you accept that:
If you send us feedback, bug reports or ideas, we may use them to improve Zavoy without owing you anything for them. Please don't send anything you need us to keep confidential.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive riders. Zavoy carries content riders create — group chat, direct messages, ride posts, route names and profiles — and content that is harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, or that targets a rider for who they are, is not allowed and will be removed.
Every message, ride post, route and profile can be reported from inside the app. Open the rider's profile and tap Report, or long-press a chat message or ride post. Pick a reason, add anything we should know, and it reaches our moderation queue straight away.
You can block any rider, from their profile or from a conversation. Blocking is immediate and mutual in effect: you stop seeing each other's messages, chat, rides, posts and profile, and neither of you can message, invite or follow the other. Reporting someone blocks them too, so you do not have to wait for us to act. Blocked riders are never told they have been blocked, and you can undo a block at any time in Profile → Safety → Blocked riders.
We review every report and aim to act within 24 hours. Depending on what we find we may remove the content, warn the rider, suspend the account, or ban it permanently. We also filter content at the point it is posted, so the worst material never reaches another rider.

Zavoy can connect to a supported action camera (currently GoPro) over Bluetooth so the app can show its connection and recording status and let you start or stop recording from the ride screen. The feature is optional and only active if you choose to pair a camera in the app's Camera settings. Zavoy does not access, store or transmit any photo or video footage captured by a paired camera — see the Privacy Policy.
Navigation, weather information and lean-angle warnings are riding aids, not substitutes for your own judgement. They can be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Always obey traffic laws, watch the road rather than the screen, and ride within your ability and the conditions. Zavoy is not liable for decisions you make while riding.
AI route insights and trip suggestions are generated by third-party AI models and can be inaccurate or outdated — verify road conditions, closures and legality yourself before and during a ride.
Convenience features such as keeping navigation visible during an incoming call, or starting or stopping a camera recording from the ride screen, do not make handling your phone while riding safe or legal — follow your local laws on device use and pull over whenever you need to interact with your phone.
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: the app uses PostHog for product analytics, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). It records which screens you open and a few product events, tied to your Zavoy account id only — no name, no email, no location, no ride data. Screen and session recording is switched off, and you can turn app analytics off in Profile → Share usage analytics. This website uses Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no visitor profile. Neither is used for advertising or cross-app profiling, and nothing is sold.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Zavoy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, consistent with EU consumer-protection standards. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
