02Subscriptions & billing
Navigation is free. Optional paid plans unlock extras and are sold through the App Store and Google Play. Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew; one-time plans do not.

Auto-renewing plans renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel from your store account — iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

03Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it unlawfully.
- Don't post, message or share content — in group chat, direct messages, ride posts or your profile — that's illegal, harassing, hateful or infringing, and don't harass other riders.
- Don't resell or redistribute map data in breach of our providers' terms.
- Don't submit false or abusive hazard reports — they're shown to other riders on the road and exist to keep everyone safe.
- Ride posts and recap videos you create are yours to keep, and so are photos you upload, such as a bike photo in your garage. Photo-library access is used only to add the files you save to your gallery and to receive the photos you explicitly pick — we never browse your library (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for any media you choose to upload or share, and you must have the rights to it.
- Ride posts, captions and profile details you share are visible to riders you connect with, so they're subject to moderation. We can remove content, or limit an account, that breaks these rules or that other riders report.
04Camera pairing
Zavoy can connect to a supported action camera (currently GoPro) over Bluetooth so the app can show its connection and recording status and let you start or stop recording from the ride screen. The feature is optional and only active if you choose to pair a camera in the app's Camera settings. Zavoy does not access, store or transmit any photo or video footage captured by a paired camera — see the Privacy Policy.
05Safety disclaimer
Navigation, weather information and lean-angle warnings are riding aids, not substitutes for your own judgement. They can be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Always obey traffic laws, watch the road rather than the screen, and ride within your ability and the conditions. Zavoy is not liable for decisions you make while riding.
AI route insights and trip suggestions are generated by third-party AI models and can be inaccurate or outdated — verify road conditions, closures and legality yourself before and during a ride.
Convenience features such as keeping navigation visible during an incoming call, or starting or stopping a camera recording from the ride screen, do not make handling your phone while riding safe or legal — follow your local laws on device use and pull over whenever you need to interact with your phone.
06Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Zavoy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
07Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, consistent with EU consumer-protection standards. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
